Oak Grove at Farley Farm (also known as "The Dairy") is located on the south end of Huntsville, AL, just to the west of Memorial Parkway and about one mile north of the Tennessee River. The covenanted neighborhood was founded around 2013 on the site of the former Farley Farm. The old silo is still located at the entrance and the old homestead of the Enfinger family is now a remodeled clubhouse. The Farm is full of history and even has connections to historical events and even a presidential visit.
Today, there are about 200 homes ranging from new to 5 years old and new homes being built constantly. When the neighborhood is full, there will be close to 300 homes in Oak Grove at Farley Farm. Due to our Covenants and Restrictions, all the homes are tastefully apportioned with beautiful exteriors and interiors.
